On October 27, 2025, Mr. Aziz El Khyari, Head of International Business at Casablanca Financial City (CFC), led a delegation to visit China EV100. He was warmly welcomed and engaged in meaningful discussions with Mr. Liu Xiaoshi, Vice Chairman of China EV100 and Director of GREEM, along with other key representatives from the organization.
During the meeting, both parties engaged in thoughtful and constructive discussions on key topics such as the green energy transition, the development of NEVs, and the building of sustainable transportation systems. They also shared a common vision for creating an NEV industry cooperation ecosystem that connects European and African markets, laying a strong foundation for future collaboration.
Both parties agreed to strengthen practical cooperation in knowledge sharing, industrial matching, delegation visits, and joint research—aiming to foster deeper synergy in China-Africa cooperation on NEVs and green transportation.
Going forward, the two parties will co-host an industrial exchange event in Morocco in late November 2025. The event will focus on promoting investment in the Financial City and Industrial Park, and provide policy guidance, service system introduction, and resource matching for Chinese NEV manufacturers and supply chain enterprises to help them enter the Moroccan, European, and African markets.
