On October 16th, Zhang Yongwei, Chairman of China EV100 and Executive President of GREEM, led a delegation to conduct a visit at HSAE. Yang Hong, Chairman and President, extended a warm reception. Heads of HSAE’s departments including the Strategic Development, Procurement, Party-Masses Working, and Finance and Accounting Division participated in the exchange.

Zhang Yongwei visited its exhibition hall and testing center, and expressed appreciation for HSAE explorations in intelligent cockpits, vehicle-mounted acoustic products, and assisted driving. He pointed out that HSAE has accumulated abundant successful experience in serving domestic joint-venture automakers as well as Japanese and European automakers, which will play a significant role in its further international development.
During the exchange session, the two parties conducted in-depth discussions on the development trends of the automotive electronics industry and the international development path of China’s automotive industry chain. With the accelerated development of automotive intelligentization, the trend of in-depth integration and application of intelligent cockpits, acoustic-optical-electronic products with digitalization and intelligentization is significantly accelerating, bringing new opportunities for domestic enterprises in product transformation and business expansion. Both parties agreed that for the international development of China’s automotive industry chain, it is necessary to leverage China’s strengths in digitalization, intelligentization, and rapid response capabilities to build a community of shared interests with overseas enterprises and empower their transformation and development. Among them, establishing joint ventures with overseas enterprises is one of the more practical paths for domestic automotive industry chain enterprises to achieve international development at this stage.
Finally, the two parties stated that they will deepen cooperation in the field of internationalization, strengthen the connection between upstream and downstream of the automotive industry chain in regions such as Europe and Southeast Asia, promote exchanges and cooperation between domestic and foreign enterprises, and contribute to the high-quality and international development of China’s automotive industry.
