On March 13, the 2026 China EV100 Expert Press Briefing and the Press Conference for the Intelligent Electric Vehicle Development Forum were held in Beijing. Attendees were Ouyang Minggao, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences; Zhang Yongwei, Chairman of China EV100; Liu Xiaoshi, Vice Chairman of China EV100; and Shi Jianhua, Vice Chairman of China EV100 and Dean of EV100 Plus.

The event officially announced that Intelligent Electric Vehicle Development Forum 2026 will be held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing on April 11-12, under the theme of Driving NEVs Toward the Intelligent, Green, Integrated and International Development. The forum will gather representatives from the automotive, energy, transportation, urban development, communications and AI sectors, covering key topics including the global and Chinese NEV development landscape, boosting automotive consumption, intelligent connected vehicle development trends, AI + Automotive, NEV global expansion and international cooperation, commercial vehicle electrification and intelligent transformation, as well as the technological application of dynamical system, automotive chips, computing power, large models and big data.
