China’s intelligent connected vehicle (ICV) industry is experiencing rapid and promising growth. Today, more than 60% of new vehicles are equipped with L2-level advanced driving assistance systems, smart cockpits have become standard features in most models, and over 80% of vehicles are now connected through the Internet of Vehicles (IoV). Across the country, local governments are actively supporting the development of integrated vehicle-road-cloud infrastructure and promoting collaborative applications, helping to strengthen and enrich the overall industrial ecosystem.
Building on its strong foundation in the ICT industry and automotive manufacturing, Sweden has made significant progress in V2X communication standards, high-precision map compliance, and the integration of intelligent transportation systems. China and Sweden will complement each other in technology, standardization alignment, and market development, creating a solid foundation for collaboration.

To foster meaningful dialogue and advance practical collaboration in ICV between China and Sweden, EV100 Plus and GREEM, together with Sweden-China Bridge under the Swedish Transport Administration, will co-host “The Internationalization of Transportation Systems—China-Sweden International Webinar.” The event aims to bring together industry experts and senior enterprise leaders for professional discussions on key topics.
