On November 6th, the “Overseas Service Strategy Forum,” co-hosted by China EV100 and Casstime, was successfully held at Casstime’s headquarters. The event welcomed distinguished guests including Zhang Yongwei, Chairman of China EV100 and Executive Director of GREEM; Bi Bo, ADS Product Director at Yinwang; and Jiang Yongxing, Founder and CEO of Casstime. Warm appreciation is extended to the Government of Longgang District, Shenzhen and the Shenzhen New Energy Vehicle Industry Office for their valuable support and partnership.

In 2025, China’s automotive industry has made steady progress in its journey toward internationalization. From January to September, the country exported 4.95 million vehicles, including 1.758 million NEVs—an impressive 89.4% increase compared to the same period last year. Automakers are actively expanding into global markets through diverse strategies such as international trade, overseas manufacturing, and technological collaboration. Yet, amid this rapid growth, the development of overseas after-sales service networks has not kept pace, emerging as a key challenge for Chinese automakers going global. Issues such as high costs of establishing local service centers, limited access to maintenance resources, and delays in components supply chains have created a common pain point: while vehicles sell well overseas, providing timely and reliable repairs remains a struggle.
“Promoting the globalization of the new energy service ecosystem is essential for China’s automotive industry to achieve high-level internationalization,” emphasized Zhang Yongwei. “This means building robust overseas after-sales service networks, strengthening certification and compliance systems, ensuring reliable energy supply, and expanding charging infrastructure—while fully leveraging China’s strengths in digital and intelligent service technologies.”
“Casstime’s value lies in unlocking China’s supply chain strengths through digital and intelligent capabilities, delivering seamless hardware-software solutions for overseas service operations,” said Jiang Yongxing. He expressed hope to integrate mature domestic service expertise and industrial resources to build a responsive and efficient support network for automakers expanding globally—ensuring that Chinese NEVs not only succeed in international markets but also deliver outstanding service experiences worldwide.
Shenzhen is currently accelerating its development into a world-class, next-generation automotive hub. A representative from the Longgang District Government highlighted that product exports thrive best when supported by strong service exports. Casstime’s digital and intelligent solutions work hand in hand with EV100 Plus, and this collaboration closely supports the industry’s upgrading goals. By building on Shenzhen’s strengths in automotive electrification and intelligent technologies, more partners can be inspired to join the effort—helping share proven domestic expertise globally and strengthening Shenzhen’s position as a leader in global NEV service innovation.
From product exports to ecosystem collaboration, China’s NEV industry is entering a new era of globalization. Looking ahead, China EV100 will continue to advance an international innovative service system for Chinese automobiles through research, seminars, and partnership-building initiatives. By deepening cooperation with Casstime and service partners across the industry, we aim to help overseas service solutions better meet the unique needs of regional markets—enabling more “Chinese solutions” to play a meaningful role in the global green transformation of the automotive and transportation sectors.
